A Farewell From James
James recently sent the following to David:
“Good Afternoon David,
I hope you’ve been well, I just wanted to take a moment of your time to say how grateful I am having been a member of Ampthill and District Camera Club over the past 5/6 years, and the opportunities and friends I’ve made whilst a member. Personally, I know that the progress I’ve made in my photography is down to being a member, and taking advice and inspiration from everyone, and some of the more helpful judges we’ve had.
I’ll be spending the next few of years with my family in the sun over in Cyprus. There’ll be ample photography opportunities for me over there but may mean I need to change my style/genre, but that’s not a bad thing!
I plan on staying a ‘friend’ of the club, and who knows maybe if my photography in Cyprus improves I’ll be invited back as a speaker.
Could I ask that you also forward on to all the members as I genuinely am grateful for my time with you all.
