2026 Cambridge Interclub

Richard North and I attended the Cambridge Camera Club Inter-Club Competition at Whittlesford Village Hall on Saturday afternoon. 29 clubs from the Eastern Region were competing in 6 categories. As always, the standard of the images was exceptionally high giving the judge, David Lowe ARPS, EFIAP and DPAGB, the challenging task of differentiating between the great, the excellent and the brilliant!

The overall competition was won by Ware & District Photographic Society with 96 points with North Norfolk Photographic Society and Norwich & District Photographic Society coming jointly second on 95 points. Simon Jenkins of Ware & District Photographic Society won the Roy Pitman Award for the best individual image with “On the Naughty Step”.

A&DCC scored a total of 87 points, placing us in a very commendable equal 15th place.
