Print Mounting Workshop

An informal print mounting workshop was held on earlier this month, hosted by Paul and Belinda Wilson together with David Knapp. The objective was to give members the opportunity to gain some hands-on experience and learn how others tackle this time consuming and sometimes challenging “black art”.

It was particularly timely with our annual exhibition coming up, where the opportunity to exhibit prints presents itself for the first time in three years.

Attendees had the opportunity to use the cutting equipment and familiarise themselves with the basic principles of print mounting. It was an interactive session, and ultimately everyone learned something from the session.”
